Pros

1. Good Company with good work life balance. 2. Lot of leaves and benefits for employees.

Cons

1. Not a good paymaster.Recently, company is facing extremely high attrition rate of people working on most sought after skills due to less than average salaries. 2. Leadership level seems to be extremely stagnant with most leaders serving in the organization between 18-20 years. Such leaders are mainly focussed to save their jobs hence don't syncup with the mindset of new generation of people.Possibly, another reason for attrition. 3.Company is extremely serious to bring people to work from office which is not taken positively by employees. High time that company analyzes pay vs it's expectations.Another reason for people leaving organization.
