Pros

The culture and work environment is ver good in the company. Its tagged by Great place to work. U can take IJP(Internal Job postings) in company after 18 months of joining in which ever dept.u wanna go for that u need to give an interview.

Cons

The hardest work do the operations department in which i am but yet the issue is the salary is very disappointing for the freshers. so will recommend you not to get into the operations dept

Suitable office location for people living near Gurgaon region. Ambiance will catch your attention. Cab facilities across Delhi NCR. An average pay.

Cons

*****Just like any other Indian IT company****** -> More people managers than technical resources. -> Most of the Indian staff seem to be working to please US employees. -> Communication gap more often between Managers < - >Team Leads < - > Developers. - > Employees are asked to work on multiple projects at the same time which leads to work stress and too much work on their plate. -> Employees who are since the establishment of India operations don't seem to be professional enough. -> HR and payroll team hardly respond to queries over mail or chat.
