Awesome culture with self-driven employees. Holmdel, NJ location is an incredible workspace.

I'm relatively new to the company, so no glaring cons to speak of at the moment.

Excellent CEO and senior management Strategic direction appears to be good

Cons

Lots of changes in past 2 years yet for the average employee not alot of positive change. Alot of focus on disruption and innovation but basic foundation and getting things done right seem to be less of a priority.

Pros

Cafeteria with pleasant staff.

Cons

Large corporation that seemed to be losing touch with their employees, tending to overwork people rather than training new staff to help with the workload. There were only a few months out of the year that didn’t have mandatory overtime.
