Pros

interesting work, supportive managers, taking on new challenges, proud to work for a company so involved in the community and supportive of important issues like diversity and inclusion, retraining the workforce, remote work and energy efficient/committed to reduce/reuse/recycle, fantastic benefits (the 401K is amazing), really nice colleagues!

Cons

Pros

* Flexible work options * Descent benefits

Cons

* Most of the senior IT management is hungry to score a win and all the people working underneath are just the stepping stones. They are great at creating a 'show' of caring for employees without 'actually' caring. * Technical leads that have been with the company for years are expert at bullying others using their 'established' relations. * The company is trying to change but without replacing the established bullies in the IT medium to senior management they are failing miserably.
