Pros

Great benefits and salary. Most employees were friendly and helpful

Cons

Management is NOT people oriented! MEANING: They care more about the bottom line as their employees. They do not value them as human beings with lives they can potentially destroy with their workplace policies.

Pros

I have only been with Guardian for less than a year but so far I have found a great company to work at! My group is very collaborative and values each other's input, advice and feedback. My manager respects my abilities and allows me to do my job, but is also always available for consultation and input when needed. The technical on-boarding was excellent as was the training within my group. Working remotely some of the time is a great benefit and it works well for me.

Cons

There are pros and cons of working at large company and Guardian is no different. I do see things progressing slower than they should and the sense of urgency that a start up or high-tech company would have is not always there. That being said, the communication and integrity of the company is excellent and and important part of the company.
