Pros

Good pay and benefits. The health insurance cost was the lowest out of pocket I have had in years. Had a pension when I was there.

Cons

Unwilling to change from old process from the past 15 years. Company has too many silo’s to change and to be competitive in the marketplace.

Our CEO was at Davos!!

Pros

Our CEO was at Davos and interviewed on Bloomberg. Who would have ever thought that would happen. She spoke about training and re-skilling, technology and technology disruption and how she has built a diverse pipeline at Guardian.

Cons

We don't have any training, our technology is ancient, she "exaggerated" about everything and there is no diverse pipeline. Maybe that's why she was so uncomfortable and awkward.
