Pros

Team building skills, health benefits, paid vacation/holiday/sick time

Cons

This company loves "yes men." Management is very clique-y but quick to throw their own to the wolves. Changes are sporadic and unannounced until last minute. A LOT of restructuring goes on here. No advancement unless you secretly suck up to management. Forced to work other positions for that of which I applied. If refused, was made clear I could leave. Watch your back type atmosphere. I wish I would have left this company sooner.

Pros

employees and agents care about the company. They believe that people count. They believe in doing the right thing. They hold themselves to the highest standards.

Cons

Very risk averse. Senior management spends more time watching their backs than worrying about growing the company. The values of the company are not lived top down.
