-Work from home -Amazing benefits/14 day Vacation days -Pension/Bonus -401k 3% match -Flexible working schedule -Great company to grow -You go as far as you can push yourself

Cons

-Teams have way too many projects to manage, and it's difficult to meet realistic deadlines set by upper management. -Departments run extremely lean, and that needs to improve by adding more resources. -Old school talent, need to hire new talent.
