Pros

Job Security, Entry Level Opportunities, Decent Compensation, Excellent Benefits

Cons

Be prepared to work A LOT of OT. Like, mandatory 10+ hours a week for 11 consecutive months. You'll be getting all of the same benefits and pay as people who are really bad at their job. It seems like you can pretty much get away with murder there. No one really seems to be held to the outlined expectations in SureQuote, so you'll be taken for a ride if you prove you have half a brain and can perform the job correctly - you'll pick up all of the slack for the non-qualified employees around you.

Pros

Food in cafeteria is great.

Cons

Toxic work environment; favoritism is rampant to the point that they fire you on the spot if they feel you "don't fit in properly". Supervisors are unapproachable.
