Pros

The Guardian is a Mutual company that offers not only an EISP (401k) plan, but is one of the few companies that still offers a pension plan. They offer flexible work hours as well as WFH opportunities. I worked for this company for 10 years and the people were great and always willing to help when needed.

Cons

The company was once family oriented, but after recent upper management changes the focus has changed, things have become more political and less about their motto "People Matter".
