Pros

Awesome culture and have Guardian has a brand recognition that is different from all the other insurance companies. They have a higher level of respect within the industry.

Cons

Although big brother is a great resource, each office is dependent on the GA creating and maintaining culture, leadership, and overall performance. If you have a bad seed, it'll stunt the agency.
