Pros

Good pay, great for the temporary job I worked

Cons

Seemed like they were trying a new strategy to recruit employees every week, out of my 20+ person temp team only two were hired full time

Uninspiring workplace makes for a decent job but not much of a career.

Pros

Guardian has great recognition within the industry and is working on diversifying their offerings to remain competitive in the marketplace. There is a solid benefits package and a good entry level salary opportunity.

Cons

Guardian does not develop employees, has limited opportunity for growth, and has poor communication with employees from leadership. The workplace environment is uninspired, with limited employee engagement or team building.
