Pros

Company has been in business 150 yrs... That's it for pros

Cons

Managers only concerned about promoting themselves They hire people to do metrics and quality reviews but these people have little experience in performing the jobs they are reviewing... Clueless Managers in meetings all day long and are unavailable ... Belittling, micromanaging, nepotism and favoritism running rampant Would not recommend this company

Pros

Entrepreneurial culture, smart colleagues, training, Living Balance Sheet technology, pension plan

Cons

Old school insurance firm stuck in 1980's. No marketing. Outdated platform. Substandard web presence. Nickel & dime reps for everything - rent, phone, technology system, coffee, mail etc etc etc. Hate to say it but was worst career move I ever made.
