Pros

Salary: The compensation at Guardian is competitive and considered a significant advantage.

Cons

Unlimited PTO: While some may view unlimited PTO as a perk, it can be perceived as a disadvantage since employees cannot accrue PTO. This shift has eliminated the benefit of accruing time off, leading to uncertainty about how much time off is acceptable to take.

Pros

Independence and growth opportunities. Provided with excellent resources and training. Great company benefits.

Cons

Reorganization and changes regularly so new trainings are frequent and do interfere with production. The education is not always concise.
