Pros

Product with great opportunities to learn. Management really take cares of employee's wellbeing. Good number of annual leaves. Other than project works ,company conducts multi level events ,were one can show off their talents.

Cons

Sometimes the developers are expected to extend their working hours. Weekend work with no comp offs. Product stakeholders are mostly onshore ,so there will be lot of overlapping and late night calls. Average work life balance.
