Incompetent and Unprofessional Leaders

Pros

I didn't find any. They are selling job by showcasing false picture that its a Fortune 500 company. However its just a captive unit of Fortune Company based in US. There's fake hype created for communication skills as the company lacks adequate technical skills. Its more or less a start-up in India.

Cons

Not just one but many. 1.) People with low salary are given more preference so that they can be retained; 2.) For competitive and smart people hostile environment is deliberately created as veterans here from past 3-4 yrs are highly insecure, unprofessional and rude ; 3.) They literally work like slave of parent company in US and looks like inspired by British rule , same thing they expect team members to follow. US team is also not very efficient, works like an agency, don't know how they got into Fortune 500 list.
