Pros

Company policies are a good perk such are after lay-off one time payment for the amount of years that you worked or having good time-off policy. Allows to have some days working from home.

Cons

Very hard to understand direction from management. Cuts are being made based on salary not knowledge and experience. Back stabbing from your direct management.

Pros

The company consistently has excellent products. The company is committed to doing the right thing for its customers. Field compensation is based on results and customer satisfaction and is the best in the industry.

Cons

The company can be slow to change. Technology tends to lag behind industry leaders. A few key field people have too much influence with Home Office executives.

Pros

Good benefits, OK pay. Stable company. Good for expierence, not for long term

Cons

Required to work long hours for insurance company pay. Better off working at Wall St, and make 50% to 100% more. A lot of senior management only cares about your career and not yours
