Pros

Good retirement benefits, though it diminished recently, Some work from home is being allowed in certain areas.

Cons

Nepotism is running rampart in IT. Jobs are no longer secure, most open positions go to people from Dow Jones, Long time Guardian employees are being let go to make room for additional IT staff from Dow Jones. Successes, reputation and devotion to Guardian no longer count. Plans are being formulated to out source whole departments. Rumors of a pending blood bath are everywhere.
