Pros

pretty decent pay compared to other insurance companies. also as usual with insurance companies the work load is not as intensive as most other indrustries

Cons

not much room for advancement. you are hired for a certain role and cannot really move beyond it unless some above you leaves

Pros

Decent pay; some coworkers are awesome

Cons

Upper management more concerned about their "achievements" than what is good for the company or employees. Goals are very short sighted.

Pros

Good people to work with, at times interesting work assignments are given, you have the ability to stretch yourself in the company.

Cons

Not so great with the work life balance, can be very demanding from a time perspective, don't feel that your compensated for going the extra mile
