Pros

The only pro is the pay

Cons

Management is awful, extremely critical and nit-picky. They watch you like a hawk. You can only really get up from your desk 3 times in the entire work day. Customers are also awful, demanding and unreasonable. Half of the people that were hired with me quit within two months.

Pros

Salary, Bonus, Benefits, People, Flexibility

Cons

Guardian has lost its once amazing culture. It used to be everyone knew the companies values by heart, and lived them. The company's focus internally is solely on DEI growth and not on its current employees.
