Pros

Decent pay, lenient call flow, helpful team members, good PTO and sick leave options.

Cons

Metrics keep getting tighter, they can be slow in getting updates and feedback to you, and sometimes dogpile you with things you did wrong all at once rather than addressing them at the time they occur.

Pros

Until recently, we were mostly remote, but soon moving to Hybrid. Also have unlimited flex time.

Cons

Some decisions here literally make no sense.

Pros

Salary: The compensation at Guardian is competitive and considered a significant advantage.

Cons

Unlimited PTO: While some may view unlimited PTO as a perk, it can be perceived as a disadvantage since employees cannot accrue PTO. This shift has eliminated the benefit of accruing time off, leading to uncertainty about how much time off is acceptable to take.
