Pros

Promotes employee growth through continuous learning. Includes diverse streams.

Cons

Undeserved people are placed in more responsible positions driving a lot of employees to resign. If somebody is culturally close to the leaders, they can survive in the company even though they do not have the capabilities. Micromanagement is there in some pockets. HR does not attract top talent but hires 3rd grade people.
