Pros

Guardian is rebranding and launched a new consumer-centric purpose, offering employees an opportunity to connect the work they do to helping consumers. They also offer many volunteer opportunities to support the communities they serve.

Cons

There are many visionaries at Guardian, but strategy often falls flat because there not enough senior and middle management who are capable or willing to translate strategy to tactical execution. Culture is different across different pockets of the organization. Some organizations are great and employees are happy and engaged, but the opposite is also true in other areas.
