Pros

The people that work here are great and are some of the hardest working people I have ever met.

Cons

You are always made to feel as if you aren't doing enough. Whenever you get a handle on the "priorities" priorities change.

Pros

While the salary might seem low, there is a lot of mandatory OT to make up for it. Work from home options occasionally.

Cons

Lots of OT. Constant changes to guidelines and goals. Management seems to turn deaf ear to problems. Not a lot of mobility currently unless willing to relocate.

Pros

Other than the people I worked with there were no pros.

Cons

This place is run like a mom & pop shop. People are aggressive and not interested in dealing with the facts, only in bolstering their own egos.
