Pros

Eligible for benefits and time off. Work in a warehouse environment with no patients. Potential to be cross trained if you make the cut.

Cons

They are picky about technicians working very fast but want it neat and accurate. If you work too fast you will make mistakes, and if you work at a comfortable pace they will get on you to speed up. They have high standards, especially about timeliness (showing up on time and getting out on time) and like write ups/documentation. Must meet a packing quota of 120 prescriptions a day before probationary period ends which they consider light. Doing a heavy workload fast, clean and neat, and getting out on time for each shift are the minimum benchmarks for the job. They score all their staff low on evaluations which is not encouraging. Pharmacists and leadership are picky about how you behave and you must act subservient to them. Leadership meetings with technicians have a harsh tone. If you show struggles in your personal life they will terminate your employment.
