Pros

Set Scheduling that beats out on Retail (40 hours a week standard) Great for those who like to work with a team closely You get to focus on your job rather than a whole retail pharmacy Specializations are encouraged

Cons

Management doesn't really have much empathy If you like customer interaction, this won't do for you Heavy focus on metrics
