Pros

The day I left and was free.

Cons

Served as the office scapegoat. They do this with all the new people they hire who stand out in any way or stand up for themselves when coworkers bully them- who aren’t obedient, brown-noser pod people. It’s a cult like environment- never seen anything as bad as this place. Most mentally degrading workplace I’ve ever worked for, hands down. Forced overtime. Horrible, petty coworkers. Favoritism. Nepotism. You’ll fit in nicely if you’re a Regina George type or a complete creepy Beta Male. They’ll lie to your face about making changes to the toxic work culture and 2 seconds later try to sabotage your work and find any petty reason to fire you without any warning whatsoever. All this while saying, don’t worry you’re not in trouble. These people are more than toxic. They’re EVIL. Narcissism doesn’t even begin to describe it. Don’t end up a salty crab in a bucket like them. Run away. Far away.

Pros

Hindsight shows me there were no pros except working indoors in the a/c. The people seem very friendly on the surface but after a few weeks working there you realize they are all talking behind your back.

Cons

I was hired on for a set schedule 8-430 and not a month into the job they told me if I couldn't work a rotating schedule they would fire me. Pay is below average. Managers micro-manage staff even when all jobs are completed well and on time. Management does not stick up for staff and sucks up to upper management. Fellow staff members were unwilling to help explain systems of operation.
