Pros

Excellent benefits package, the ability to acquire sick/vacation days, great management team.

Cons

Not really any I can think of specifically. A tip, though- Make sure you will have all the training that you need, either already acquired upon hire, or to be received in person by an adequate trainer for whichever department you'll be in. If you feel like you need more training, you'll need to ask for it directly.

Friendly coworkers in Jacksonville location.

Cons

Instability. If you are looking for a short term position until you find something better, this could be ok. If you want longer term potential, don't fall for the growth potential story during the interview process. There are organizational changes along with outsourcing so numerous people are losing their positions. Don't assume "full time" employment means anything more than temporary. I feel bad for the guys who just got hired a couple months ago and won't even be able to receive unemployment...
