Pros

We are a family. We support and help each other in our daily work and personally. Guardian values their employees and does whatever is possible to make them feel that way. The management team is always supportive and willing to help, train and give feedback when needed. We work well together and lean on each other to get the job done. I have been in pharmacy for 17 years and this is by far the best pharmacy and best work environment I have been in. There really isn't a better place to work!

Cons

There is a lot of work to be done as with any pharmacy. We are growing so fast that we can't keep up with staffing demands at times.

Not micro managed. Great team to work with. Staff pulls together when needed. Supportive management for you to have a personal life.

Busy at times due to nature of business. Call outs can be frustrating. Communication issues at times.
