      Pros

      Strive to provide all necessary tools for each employee to comfortably do their job. Relaxed atmosphere. Steady work to be done. Family feel. Good amount of vacation. Flexible with many different schedule options

      Cons

      Not much at all. Small break room. At times very busy for short bursts but that’s pharmacy.

      Long hours, no workers, always understaff, unfair pay. Pharmacist get to basically do nothing and come in whenever with no repercussions.
