Pros

Corporate is very willing to listen and try new things to support corporate growth. Corporate is small enough to for the CEO to know you by name, which helps with individual growth.

Cons

Healthcare in general is a slow tech industry. Hybrid work policy sometimes means you're the only one on the team in office. Career growth means going into management, there are currently no high level developer paths.
