Pros

Company culture is warm and welcoming. It is a true team environment where everyone plays a vital and equally important role in the deliverables. The leadership team are humble, supportive, and truly care about their workforce. There is a career path and training program in place for those who want to develop their career. Feedback and new fresh ideas are encouraged at all levels which fosters the employee’s participation in helping the company grow. Productivity and efficiency are the main drivers of success but without sacrificing morale and motivation of the employees. Hard work and dedication are recognized and rewarded and it is reflected by the long term employees who have committed themselves to the success of Guardian.

Cons

All companies have room for improvement just like we all do but I think Guardian really has their finger on the pulse of the industry and their workforce.
