Pros

Family oriented; closed on holidays

No consistency across locations in management of presidents. Presidents own 20% of business and run the company like a dictatorship

Great pharmacy to work for

Recommend

Business Outlook

Pros

Flexible, first-shift schedule, Sundays and Holidays off, competitive wages, relaxed, business casual work environment, great team-oriented work culture. Senior management is very on-hands and helpful. Corporate support is the best I've seen at any chain pharmacy.

Cons

Weekly on-call required once every one to two months, raises are not that great, no bonus plan for most employees, benefits are expensive and not great.
