I came from a three-letter chain pharmacy. That was the worst experience I ever had in a pharmacy. Some of the darkest days of my life. When I found out about Guardian my life completely turned around. Since I came here everyone in my life can tell a huge difference. After the first week, my wife said that I was night and day different. I was finally able to understand what enjoying your job felt like. I actually feel respected with the amount of staffing we have on any given day! I am a huge The Office fan, this feels like the pharmacy version of The Office. This is the most fun work environment I've ever been in, it has been life-changing! I never want to leave this place!

Friendly people with a positive atmosphere. New location is easy to get into and very nice.

Cons

health insurance is a bit more expensive then working for corporate, but it's still provided and less than many other places.
