      Pros

      I have the privilege of working for Guardian Pharmacy -South East Florida location 10+ years. Great team dynamic. Business continues to grow and develop, never gets boring. I felt appreciated; constantly provided new training. Hourly and salary employees are passionate about their individual jobs making it easier to reach collective goals. President is enthusiastic and cares about his employees. I had many successes at this company for my career. Opportunities become available, internal promotions are popular. Management is well structured. I left due to personal reasons, but I miss working there.

      Operation Hours change if needed, i.e. hurricane prep and inventory counts.
