Good Job

Pros

Employee lunch-ins, staff is friendly, donations to local charity and a wider variety of things to do than in a retail setting. Job is semi-clinical in nature, but still has a foundation in dispensing. New automation also adds some variety to the job. Company seems to be expanding.

Cons

New ALFs/SNFs can shift workload making some weeks more hectic to play catch up. Company is also expanding business which requires staff to keep up to date with specific labeling demands of each home. Salary is slightly less than retail and maybe hospital, but environment is less stressful.
