Very technology driven and you learn a lot. Great stepping stone company and what you learn will Cary over to other industries

Cons

Claim to live by the Golden Rule but don't. Very political company with directors that have their own agendas. Compensation is not competitive with the market and the upper management is not transparent at all.

Pros

The workday ends....eventually... They'll hire just about anybody, just as long as they have a clean criminal record.

Cons

Highly unorganized workplace. Unprofessional, inexperienced staff. apathetic local management. Management only concerned with getting more business in the door, PERIOD. Staff comes second to that goal. Employee suggestions/complaints are not listened to or acted upon. The workday never ends on time; always having to stay over to get runs out the door.
