everyone is stretched to their limit for workload. parent company does not want to hire additional support. minimal pay increases which are not even based on merit.

Compared to other companies, good starting salary immediate use of paid sick and vacation days cheap medical and dental coverage

Cons

raises are even for everyone, better works earn the same raise as the worse worker alot of miscommunication between management and employees some policies and procedures make no sense and only frustrate customers and employees not all departments are treated the same
