Once you hired and step in the company you feel like home. No stupid hierarchy differences, the most worm welcome aboard you can get and not talking about the overall conditions. Great culture, open communication, super dynamic and really great and promising product!

product is world class, managment is smart, focused, and accesible. Guardicore people are positive, and show high and consistent levels of collaboration, support and communication. Goal driven and successful. Highly competitive and positive place to work, even during the pandemic.

Cons

Expectations of commitment and purpose are high and this might phase some people. generally it doesn't.

Guardicore is my second family. We have an incredible product that is disrupting the market. There are plenty of opportunities to learn and grow, gain more responsibilities along the way. It is a great work environment and we work with the most talented people.
