      From the top down the communication is open with full transparency. The product is the best in the market, and the culture is a breath of full air. I've been here over a year and have seen strong growth in North America. Brilliant people in each department.

      Early start-up, the tools that were recommended have been taken care of.

      Culture: They want to create a Fun culture... but from my point of view the real culture in Guardicore (and the real value) could be summarized in: honest and clever people leading honest and clever people Superb solution: Excellent, innovative and simple solution that will disrupt the firewall market Communication: Open and communicating environment, the information flows in the company

      The company and solution isn't still known in a lot of markets
