Amazing management team that combines youthful "nothing is impossible" attitude with deep expertise and decades of experience, without a trace or arrogance - always ready to listen. Great product with even greater road-map. Creative, open culture with "will do!" attitude for problem solving.

Cons

Working many time zones away is always a challenge, but management is very conscious of this, and works diligently on breaking internal communication barriers before they become a problem.
