Pros

Good culture. They care about work life balance, great benefits. Rock solid product. Customer success team is top notch.

Cons

The vision was to go public, not be acquired. At least that's what they sold me on when I was hired. It's a politics game on the North American side, a main reason why I left my last company.

Guardicore's technology works very well, and is easier than other offerings. Customers love it. Growth goals and quota are reasonable, and leadership is helpful.

Cons

Reach - Guardicore needs a larger voice in the marketplace. Too many customers make decisions without knowing how Guardicore could help.
