Good place to work

Pros

- Free items if you and the store do well, especially for management - Fun environment if you do your job well - Great product - Company has really improved since getting the new CEO Victor

Cons

- If you underperform one week you might lose shifts (may have changed since I left since I left during the transition to new CEO) - Can be stressful at times to meet sales goals

Pros

The discount, the experience, the structure, organized company. Co workers become family (if they don't go behind your back, which most do) you learn great 100% customer service and sales.

Cons

Expect too much from the managers and little pay. Too much gossip between managers and associates. No room to grow. Store managers take advantage now that there are no DM roles. No quality of life
