Ok place if you need hours and fast hiring, but not good management

Availability, fast-paced environment, good manager, fun hangout outside of work

Cons

Little discount on clothes, required to dress flashy or even wear some Guess items at work, pressure to reach sales goal that are unrealistic based on the year before, forced to work past closing times if the store didn't meet sales goal.
