Employee discount of clothes is 40% and 50% once a month when the new collection comes out

Cons

Management is ridiculous. Always given sales goal and based on whether you meet that goal or not, you were given or reduced hours despite circumstances or actual customer service.

Pros

The people that you encounter, and the people you work with make it a great place to be. Those are the most important factors, I feel.

Cons

It can be extremely busy, so if you're lazy - you should not work here. There are sales, and numerous things that draw the consumer in.

Pros

The discount and nice clothes was a huge plus working there. Everyone was happy and we had fun with each other and the customer's while working.

Cons

Your over worked and way under paid for things that happened to me. In the 4 years that I worked there, one day they would not give me the day off to go to my great grandfathers funeral, therefore I missed it. Another day I had the stomach flu and called in sick but they wouldn't give me the day off and asked me to go to work. That was the hardest day of my life. And finally once I had a kidney infection and felt like I got kicked in the back and still made me stay at work. Didn't even get a thank-you. Way too understaffed and way too under paid.
