Pros
Fun, upbeat environment with people who are loyal and motivated within the company. I worked at the outlet store, which had different vibe to it than a regular store in major cities. Management was very fair, and corporate had a good communication within the company.
Cons
If you're not into the brand, you might despise the style of it. Just like any retail business, selling is the key. If you do not sell, you won't get hours.
