      Low pay, too much drama, long hours.

      Pros

      Great employee discount (if you like their clothes), a lot of availably hours to work, they are flexible with schedules, and it was an overall fun environment to work in.

      Cons

      Very low pay, incompetent management, and A LOT of tedious work even for retail (and it is a small store) Management is very nit picky and lazy at the same time.

      big company, publically traded, nice people, good benefits

      Cons

      treated like a child, management too involved in the small details like when people come and go and where they eat for lunch. senior management frightened to delegate responsibility or promote employees fearing they will be less relevant themselves.

      not many. you get good experience but they expect perfection and there is not much work life balance. the environment is also not team spirted

      Cons

      there are many. no work life balance, the environment is not team spirted, they are high on appearences and they require you just to be there even if you don't have to. don't bother.
