Pros

great discount (40-50%) will work around school schedule and unplanned occurences quick advancement if you "brown nose" the right people

Cons

management was driven by gossip and favoritism (i was a favorite) you were only awarded for hard work if you were friends with management extremely low pay for such a high volume store, even with large amounts of experience. breaks were never scheduled mid shift and youd work for hours without being properly breaked.

Generous Discounts, Respectable Company that is a brand, Although it will take hard work - advancing in management is possible.

Cons

During low payroll periods, hours can be severely cut and workers will be left to dry. Closing shifts take forever.
