On-time payment and the environment are mostly friendly.

Cons

Some people are entitled. Don't know how to approach other people. It's a constant pressure on sales.

Depending on what store you work at co-workers and nice and helpful.

Cons

If you work in a busy mall like I did expect to be standing all day and to be folding the same pile of clothes probably an entire shift while working other sections of the store.
