Very good and balanced pay between commission and Salary plus other benefits. Marketing and Operations depts. are developing a lot of promotions to help sales teams. Once you become top producer you will be doing great.

Cons

Stressful and sometimes seasonal production. Even if you might be an excellent closer; Pricing of product / market conditions will affect your selling activity and hence your income! If one operations team member leave during the season's peak the sales team might not achieve targets and causes customers dissatisfaction.

Casual - jeans ok. Covered free parking. Lunch brought in at least once a week, bagels and donuts every Friday morning. Free coffee, tea, water. Quarterly events and large picnic annually. CEO/Owner very personable. Lots of work to do, business is growing.

Cons

Small business, understaffed in the support department. 3 ppl doing the work of 6 seems to be the norm. Multi cultural workforce, some misogny or pre-conceived notions about abilities. HR is a little green, one is a micromanager, and behind the ball. No automated expense system, company pays for most things with 3 corporate cards that have daily spending limits and card limits.
